Artists who have submitted work that has not been selected will need to collect their work from the St Mary Abbots Centre, Vicarage Gate, Kensington, London W8 4HN, on FRIDAY 3RD JULY, between 10am and 5pm ONLY.  Work not collected by 5pm on Friday will be removed from the St Mary Abbots Centre and taken into storage by Art Moves of Chelsea.  A storage charge of £5 per work per week (part or whole) will be incurred.  You will need to call Art Moves of Chelsea on 020 7352 7492 to make an appointment for collection.  Any work not collected by 31 December 2009 will be destroyed entirely at the discretion of Art Moves of Chelsea.  If you have used a regional carrier to transport your work to the judging venue, please contact them regarding returns.
